Portrait Sessions (For The People)
Perfect for individuals seeking high-quality images to celebrate personal milestones, enhance their social media presence, or update their professional headshots. These sessions are straightforward and typically don’t require extensive creative development or pre-production time.
Branding Sessions (For The Promo)
Tailored for service-based and product-based businesses, as well as personal brands seeking to elevate their presence. These sessions involve additional pre-production time for creative direction, location scouting, vendor coordination, and detailed logistical planning to ensure alignment with your brand’s messaging.
Commercial Sessions (For The Profit)
Developed for profit-driven campaigns, these sessions create images that directly support sales and advertising efforts. Like branding sessions, they include detailed pre-production planning but focus on delivering assets for marketing materials such as product launches, advertisements, and more. These sessions may also include branding images to complement your advertising campaign.
PROCESS
Inquiry
Start with an inquiry outlining your needs. Next, we’ll schedule a creative consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and logistics. Bring your ideas, inspiration, and any key details to help us craft the perfect shoot. The consultation fee is credited to your project total if the session is booked and the retainer is paid within 7 days.
Pre-Production Planning
We’ll finalize logistics—locations, wardrobe, vendors, and creative direction. You’ll receive a proposal that includes a detailed quote, contract, and invoice. A 25% retainer and full payment for additional vendors (e.g., hair, makeup, styling, or location fees) are required to secure your session.
Shoot Day
This is where your vision comes to life! From nailing the perfect angles to ensuring an unforgettable experience, everything we’ve planned comes together seamlessly.
Post-Production
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a digital gallery of curated proofs to choose your favorites. Submit your selections and notes for retouching through the gallery. Final edits will be delivered within 7–10 days, or as quickly as 3 days with expedited services.
Project Wrap-Up
Your gallery will remain open for 3 months. During this time, you can view proofs, place additional orders, and download your final edits as high-resolution and/or web-sized JPGs.

Image Types
RAWs
Unprocessed files directly from the camera. These are not included in standard packages and are available for a fee equal to no less than 100% of the session price.
Proofs
Curated, processed images provided for selection. While not retouched, they include global adjustments to exposure, color grading, and cropping to preview the final artistic direction.
Final Edits
Polished images with refined adjustments such as targeted retouching, compositing, and precise color corrections.

LICENSING AGREEMENTS
Non-Commercial Licensing (Included)
For personal use and organic promotional efforts to share your portraits or showcase your brand’s story. This type of license focuses on usage geared towards building awareness rather than directly driving revenue.
Examples
Featuring images on your website’s portfolio, about page, or blog.
Posting images on social media to share brand updates and express your mission.
Including images in presentations, media kits, or pitches.
Commercial Licensing (Additional Fee)
For paid campaigns, advertisements, or any purpose directly tied to revenue generation. This license reflects the added value the images bring to your marketing efforts. Licensing terms are based on factors such as usage purpose, duration, distribution, exclusivity (exclusive or shared), and the photographer’s expertise. If you believe your project may require a commercial license, please mention it during the booking process to ensure accurate pricing and usage rights.

These custom packages are designed to meet specific advertising or editorial needs with tailored service and deliverables.
All pricing is subject to scale based on the scope of the project.
Studio + Location
Since every shoot is unique, location costs are not built into standard pricing. Once we’ve established your shoot’s needs, we’ll identify locations that align with your vision. For shoots requiring a specific aesthetic, I use services like Peerspace for location scouting.
Location costs are treated as a vendor expense and added to your shoot package. Additionally, all sessions require an extra hour of studio or venue reservation to accommodate load-in, setup, breakdown, and load-out.
Travel
Travel within a 30-mile radius of zip code 30312 is complimentary. For travel outside of this radius, additional expenses will apply and be outlined in your proposal. Clients are responsible for any travel-related fees, such as admission or parking costs.
Retainers
A 25% retainer is required to secure your session, along with full payment for any additional vendors. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session.
Refunds
All retainer fees, consultation fees, purchased equipment/props for projects, and delivered assets are non-refundable. Payments made for vendor services contracted through PHEAUXTOGRAPHY are subject to the vendor's refund policy.
Any additional payments made toward your project are non-refundable after 7 days.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice. While retainers remain non-refundable, in some cases the remaining portion of the creative fee (excluding vendor fees) can be applied to a new session date within a 3-month window at PHEAUXTOGRAPHY’s discretion.
SNAP SHOTs (FAQs)
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier, the better! I recommend booking at least 7 days in advance and 2 weeks before your desired deliverable date for a seamless experience. Sessions booked less than 7 days in advance must be paid in full at the time of booking.
What does the creative consultation include?
A 40-minute session where we explore your vision, discuss logistics, review inspiration, and start to develop a clear plan for your shoot.
Do you provide hair, makeup, styling, and video services?
Yes! I have an incredible team who’s services can be included in your proposal or arranged independently.
Do you charge per look?
No, I do not charge per look. However, for efficiency, I recommend limiting to no more than two looks per hour. Changing looks often requires adjustments to lighting or backgrounds, which reduces the overall camera time and the number of images captured during your session.
How are payments structured?
A 25% retainer is required to secure your session, along with full payment for any additional vendors. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session.
What images are included in my session?
Your session includes professionally retouched final edits, delivered as high-resolution JPGs, which are available for download. Proofs are provided for viewing and selection purposes only. Proofs and/or RAW files are not included in standard packages but can be purchased for an additional fee.
What is your fee for RAW images?
RAW images can be purchased for a fee equal to 100% of the contract price, with a minimum of $2,500. This purchase grants you full access to the RAW files and includes commercial licensing rights, allowing you to use the images at your discretion.
Can I request revisions?
Absolutely! Revisions can be requested within 48 hours of receiving your Final Edits and are typically completed within 72 hours.
Can I purchase additional edits later?
Yes, your gallery remains open for 3 months, allowing you to place additional orders and download your Final Edits.
Do your packages include licensing?
Yes, all packages include non-commercial licensing for promotional use. Commercial licensing, for advertising or revenue-generating purposes, requires additional fees based on the scope and value of the project.
